Meet Yulia Andriyani
Hi, I’m Yulia.
I take a holistic approach to well-being, drawing from my training as a Well-being Counselor, Qigong Teacher, EFT and Meditation Practitioner, and my ongoing studies at the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
My life purpose is deeply rooted in benefiting others by sharing the profound wisdom I’ve gained through my own healing journey.
Rumi once said, “The wound is the place where the light enters you.” Personal experiences of pain and loss have guided me toward the light, inspiring me to explore powerful healing modalities. Through that exploration, I found a calling: to support others on their own paths to healing.
True healing begins from within, and often, the first step is having awareness and acceptance of your experience.
I offer compassionate support along with practical tools drawn from relaxation techniques, Qigong, meditation, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine. These approaches are designed to help you manage stress, release emotional blockages, and reconnect with your inner strength—at your own pace and in your own way.
Whether you’re seeking emotional balance, stress relief, or a deeper sense of self-awareness, I’m here to gently support you with compassion. Pain is not the end—it’s often the beginning of profound transformation. My aim is to equip you with tools, insight, and practices that empower you to care for your well-being with confidence, building a lifelong journey rooted in balance, resilience, and appreciation for the beauty within and around you.
