Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms carefully before proceeding with your booking:

WhatsApp Contact
Ensure your WhatsApp number is entered accurately, including the correct country code. All booking communications will be handled via WhatsApp.

Advance Booking
Appointments must be made at least two (2) hours in advance of your preferred session time.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

• A deposit (DP) is required to confirm your booking.
• The DP is non-refundable if the client cancels the appointment.
• The remaining balance may be paid in cash at the time of your session.

Rescheduling
Each booking may be rescheduled once only. Requests for cancellation or rescheduling must be sent to Bali Bliss no later than two (2) hours before the scheduled session.

Health Disclosure
If you have any health conditions—especially those that may affect or be affected by the treatment—please inform Bali Bliss in advance so that we can provide the safest and most appropriate care.
