1. 4-7-8 Breath (Nervous System Reset)

  • Inhale through the nose for 4 counts
  • Hold for 7 counts
  • Exhale slowly through the mouth for 8 counts
  • Repeat for 3–5 rounds

This breath soothes the nervous system and invites spaciousness.

2. Candle Breathing (Soft Focus & Calm)

  • Imagine a candle flame in front of you
  • Inhale gently through the nose
  • Exhale slowly through pursed lips, as if trying to make the flame flicker—not blow it out
  • Repeat for 1–2 minutes, keeping your gaze soft

This breath encourages gentle focus and emotional regulation—perfect for transitions or moments of overwhelm.

3. Box Breathing (Mental Clarity)

  • Inhale for 4 counts
  • Hold for 4 counts
  • Exhale for 4 counts
  • Hold again for 4 counts
  • Repeat for 4–6 rounds

  • Spinal Wave – Inhale to arch the spine, lifting the heart; exhale to round the back, tucking the chin. Repeat 5 times.
  • Neck Rolls – Gently circle the head in both directions, releasing tension.
  • Shoulder Sweep – Inhale to lift shoulders up; exhale to roll them back and down. Repeat 5 times.
  • Wrist Circles – Rotate wrists slowly, especially if you’ve been typing or writing.
