She was having some issues with her lungs, so Lia guided her through a Chakra Balancing Sound Therapy session. When I came back to check on her, she was literally glowing!! I could tell it had really helped her understanding standing her body and breathing. And mind you, this was her very first time! The session focused on deep relaxation, with the sound bowls helping her brainwaves enter a deeply relaxed state and release trapped energy.
