Meet Lia Natali – Your Guide to Well-being
I’m Lia Natali, a dedicated well-being facilitator passionate about guiding others on their journey to self-discovery, healing, and transformation. My mission is to help you reconnect with yourself—physically, mentally, and emotionally—by slowing down, being present, and embracing a more gentle, mindful approach to life.
My journey began in 2013 with yoga, where I discovered that it’s not just a workout—it’s a work-in. Through my practice, I’ve come to understand that true well-being isn’t found outside of us; it’s already within. This realization led me to create Bali Bliss, a space where people can reconnect with their inner peace, joy, and contentment.
As I worked with more individuals seeking healing, I recognized that well-being is not one-size-fits-all. This inspired me to expand my practice beyond yoga and explore other transformative healing modalities. Over the years, I have deepened my expertise in Reiki, Himalayan Singing Bowl Therapy, Facial Reflexology Massage, and Tarot Reading—each offering unique pathways to balance and harmony.
My approach to well-being is holistic, addressing not just the physical body but also the mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of self. I continue to grow and learn, committed to sharing the wisdom and tools that empower others to live in alignment with their true essence.
