How do our yoga classes work?

Classes are conducted in a simple, private setting. We will discuss your individual needs and intentions, then cater your yoga class to suit what we agree will help you.

I dont know what I need

This is normal – before the practice we will talk and get to undertsand what is happening in your life. The practice will flow from this discussion.

What should I wear?

Our classes are predominantly gentle on mind and body and restorative. Loose, light clothing is perfect – please don’t go out and buy special yoga clothes for now – lets start first.

I am not flexible, I am not sure I can do yoga

That’s OK, many people do yoga because they want to improve their flexibility and agility. But yoga is also more than that – its about finding balance and wellness in all aspects of your life.

To maintain a peaceful environment, we don’t allow recordings, but we can provide personalized guidance to help you continue your practice at home.

Can I book multiple classes?
