Meet Lia Natali – Your Guide to Well-being
I’m Lia Natali, a dedicated well-being facilitator passionate about guiding others on their journey to self-discovery, healing, and transformation. My mission is to help you reconnect with yourself—physically, mentally, and emotionally—by slowing down, being present, and embracing a more gentle, mindful approach to life.
My journey began in 2013 with yoga, where I discovered that it’s not just a workout—it’s a work-in. Through my practice, I’ve come to understand that true well-being isn’t found outside of us; it’s already within. This realization led me to create Bali Bliss, a space where people can reconnect with their inner peace, joy, and contentment.
As I worked with more individuals seeking healing, I recognized that well-being is not one-size-fits-all. This inspired me to expand my practice beyond yoga and explore other transformative healing modalities. Over the years, I have deepened my expertise in Reiki, Himalayan Singing Bowl Therapy, Qigong, Yoga and Tarot Reading—each offering unique pathways to balance and harmony.
My approach to well-being is holistic, addressing not just the physical body but also the mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of self. I continue to grow and learn, committed to sharing the wisdom and tools that empower others to live in alignment with their true essence.

I attended a reiki healing session with Lia who was amazing. She created a very relaxing environment and helped me to feel safe so that I was able to feel the emotions that I needed during the session without any judgement. I sometimes struggle to cry or feel embarrassed when negative emotions come up, but Lia made the experience very comforting. After the reiki session, Lia used oracle cards to help me with some questions I came prepared with and wanted some clarity around. The answers I got were interesting, and definitely resonated with how I was feeling. I felt like I got some clarity and direction with what I’ve been thinking about. I would 100% recommend Lia for anyone who is looking for somebody they can trust with their healing journey. It was nice to feel safe and held in her space.
Lia is a wonderful teacher, a kind human and a great Reiki master. She was very insightful and comforting during my Rikki atonement and level one course and answered any questions that I had. Her space feels safe and makes you ride at home. I would recommend Lia to anyone looking for healing.

I had Reiki and Sound Healing done by Lia, and the whole process was incredibly relaxing and comfortable. I could feel energy and vibrations working within my body. However, I think judging the effectiveness of a healing session isn't just about the immediate moment, but also about the aftermath, especially how long the effects last.
Afterwards, I felt incredibly soft and peaceful all day, and a lot of goodwill welled up within me; I was deeply moved. I also suddenly understood some things. It's true, when the energy is tuned to the right frequency, a person instantly feels comfortable, and their mind becomes very clear.

I came in with a serious headache and decided to try Chakra Balancing with Lia Natalia. From the moment I arrived, she guided me through gentle cleansing and grounding with palo santo, which already helped me feel more relaxed. During the chakra balancing session, I lay down comfortably as Lia guided me step-by-step into a meditative state with her soft, soothing voice and the calming sound of the singing bowl.
I could feel the effects quite quickly, my headache eased noticeably right after the session, and by the next morning it was completely gone. I also slept so much better that night. Lia’s approach is gentle, thoughtful, and nurturing. I’m very grateful for the experience and would highly recommend her.

Wow! Let me start off by saying Lia is amazing at what she does! I’ve had Reiki before, but this was outstanding. The space where this is carried out felt very welcoming, calm and safe. For someone who is very sensitive to energy, I felt at peace as soon as I met Lia and walked into the space. She exuberates warm and empathy, and is very good at connecting with your body to understand what you can continue to work on once you’ve left her space. Everything she discussed resonated and she was able to do that without me going into detail about my life. My body gave the signals, which she picked up and when she explained what it meant…I was gobsmacked! She was right on the mark.
Now, while there are a lot of people that do rekei in Ubud and it can be overwhelming trying to choose one, I would 100% recommend her. I’m certainly glad I choose her and will be going back home empowered to make the implement what was recommended.

this was my first ever reiki session and i would definitely go back. Lia talked me tbrough the process and what might happen so calmly it made me feel at ease before we even started. the session itself was quite intense for me but in a positive way and afterwards we talked through how i felt and the issues she identified and she gave me a lot of information about how to work through them. highly recommend. booking was easy and they accomodated our availability and were very responsive on whatsapp. Lia was a gentle and calming practitioner
